Leigh's expertise in retaining wall construction and managing the business with partner Lindy has been an integral part in the success of the business since it was established.

Ensuring the company’s strategic objectives and plans set out since the start of the company are achieved on a daily basis. She analyses and monitors the progress of ARW objectives and sales targets. Along with Leigh, she ensures the office and workshop run efficiently. All in all, she is the admin whisperer that keeps the show on the road.

As operations manager, Greg's role involves overseeing the production aspects and/or provision of our services at their best and as smoothly and efficiently to meet the expectations and needs of our customers and clients projects large or small.
